Forming part of the management team and reporting to the Front Office Manager and Front Office Assistant Manager, you will primarily provide efficient, prompt, courteous proactive service to our guests. You will supervise and guide the Front office team, be hands-on, monitor the front office operation, and always lead by example. Whilst solving front office guest issues in a timely manner, and always ensuring our guests get an exceptional experience, you will maximise the room revenue of the hotel.
The selected candidate would have previous supervisory experience in a role involving daily direct guest contact within Front Office. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills as well as be positive service-oriented and have a professional disposition. Fluency in English and additional languages is essential. Thorough knowledge of Opera and an ITS qualification will be considered an asset.
