Job Description

You will report to the Chef De Partie in the kitchen and participate in the production of the day to day running of your section. You will ensure that highest quality produced is consistent with cost control, whilst maximising guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will ensure your work station is maintained with the food and hygiene handling regulations in line with HACCP.

General Profile
The selected candidate would preferably have previous experience in a five star hotel, be creative, cost effective, pay attention to detail and be able to work under pressure. ITS or equivalent qualifications are essential
