You will report to the Chef Tournant and participate in the production of the day to day running of the Kitchen. You will ensure that highest quality food produced is consistent with cost control, whilst maximising guest satisfaction and profitability. You will ensure your work station is maintained with the HACCP regulations
The selected candidate would preferably have previous experience in a five star hotel, be creative, cost effective, pay attention to detail and be able to work under pressure. Excellent leadership skills as well as a professional disposition are essential. ITS or equivalent qualifications are essential.
