Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Being the primary point of contact for potential guests looking to book accommodation services.
- Attending to customers queries which vary from room telephone conversations and email communication.
- Offers high level of service to ensure memorable moments.
- Processing direct reservations and reservations received from third parties and industry partners.
- Communicating details effectively among all departments.
- Ensuring internal processes and procedures are constantly adhered to.
The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:
- Logical, attentive to detail and able to multi-task.
- Well-organised and practices good time management skills.
- Motivated and willing to be part of a team.
- Works under pressure and adheres to deadlines.
- Sales oriented and customer focused.
- Portray a professional image commensurate with the values of the Company.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Computer proficient in word, excel and Opera reservations system.
- Knowledgeable on Online bookings, Tour Operators and Corporate reservations handling.
