At the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands we are looking for a Pastry Demi Chef to join our dynamic team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking and artistically decorating pastry items.

Furthermore, the candidate will be entrusted to maintain high levels of productivity and food and hygiene standards in line with HACCP guidelines, rules and regulations.

The selected candidate must have 2 years of experience in an upscale hotel. He / She must be educated in quantity food production, presentation, service, sanitization and skillful knowledge of cuisine. Furthermore, the ideal person must be able to demonstrate creativity and the ability to work well in a team environment within a resort location.

Most of all, the chosen candidate will be collaborative, energetic, optimistic, flexible, adaptable, and ready to work with a great team of people.
