We are seeking a Pastry Demi Chef to join our young and dynamic culinary team at our Resort. The selected candidate will be expected to have a flair for pastry art. Needs to be able to produce pastry to specific recipes and methods. The candidate needs to maintain high-quality standards and established hygiene practices to comply with HACCP requirements. One needs to work in a dynamic environment, be self-motivated and able to handle pressure,

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Food Preparation and Production diploma or equivalent,
  • Have a valid Food Handler’s licence and HACCP certification,
  • Have an eye for detail,
  • Be able to work under pressure and on own initiative,
  • Be willing to work different shifts and weekends,
  • Be able to work in a dynamic environment.
