An opportunity has arisen within our Front Office department for a Night Manager to join our dynamic team at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands.

The Night Manager will be reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and will be assisted by the Night Auditor. He/she will be trained to deliver a ‘Yes I Can’ service in a way that guests’ expectations are met and exceeded to.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversees the entire front office operation in line with the Resort’s rules and regulations and brand standards;
  • Participates in the prompt and courteous check-in and check-out of guests in line with brand standards;
  • Manages, records and promptly resolves issues or emergencies that arise during the night shift;
  • Conducts health and safety checks and night rounds around the property and inspects rooms when necessary;
  • Supports the rest of the Night team with night audit duties as well as any other duties as and when required;
  • Assists the Management team with the development of new initiatives and ideas for the overall development of the night operation;
  • Demonstrates current knowledge of products, services, pricing and policies, special promotional offers, VIP arrivals as well as on-going activities within the Resort.

The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate a genuine and positive ‘Yes I Can’ attitude backed with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction practices and quality standards. The entrusted person must be driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed the Resort’s standards. Fluency in English is a must whilst experience within a similar hotel environment will be considered as an asset. Candidates for this position must have a good knowledge of Opera or similar Front Office operating systems as well as a solid understanding of MS Office programmes.
