An opportunity has arisen within our Front Office department for a Night Auditor to join our dynamic team at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands.

The Night Auditor will be reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and supervised by the Night Manager. He/she will be trained to deliver a ‘yes I can’ service in a way that guests’ expectations are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring night audit procedures are applied so that all transactions posted are correct and reflect the day’s business;
  • You will handle all cash received and will be required to deal with and resolve and investigate any financial discrepancies and anomalies found;
  • Edit all reports to ensure accuracy and full completion;
  • Undertake a review of end-of-day takings against logged reports;
  • Handle and direct general internal and external calls including taking guests reservations and seeing to requests as and when necessary;
  • Assists the Night Manager and the rest of the night team with any ad hoc duties as and when required;
  • Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, special promotional offers, VIP arrivals as well as ongoing activities within the resort.

The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate a genuine and positive ‘yes I can’ attitude backed with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction practices and quality standards. He/she must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders as well as possess a strong work ethic, ambition and willingness to learn.

In addition, applicants for this role should be reliable and able to work night shifts. Fluency in English is a must whilst experience within a similar hotel environment will be considered as an asset. Candidates with a basic knowledge of Opera or similar Front Office operating systems will be considered favourably.
