Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands, for the position of a Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team. Demonstrating a passion for the hospitality industry, keen on quality and has the willingness to make a difference, the candidate will ensure that Front Office Team Members are well-informed and trained to deliver an exceptional experience to guests throughout their stay. The entrusted person must also ensure that guest satisfaction target scores are reached and maintained.

The selected candidate shall be responsible for managing most of the guests’ services and, therefore, must have the ability to demonstrate the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manage the day-to-day front office operations, ensuring quality, standards and efficiency;
  • Taking full responsibility in the development of departmental objectives, work schedules, training, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate must possess leadership, interpersonal and communication skills whilst being an excellent team player and results oriented. An ITS qualification or similar coupled with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Front Office operation in a managerial position is a must. Furthermore, the selected candidate must be proficient in all aspects of Front Office procedures including Opera.

Additionally, he/she must demonstrate a positive and genuine ‘Yes I Can’ attitude backed with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction practices and quality standards.
