We are seeking an Indian Specialty Chef at the grade of Chef Tournant to join our young and dynamic culinary team at our Resort.
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking and executing Indian Specialty dishes, including weekly changing of both the a la carte and buffet menus.
Furthermore, the candidate will be entrusted to maintain high levels of productivity and food and hygiene standards in line with HACCP guidelines, rules and regulations. The Indian Specialty Chef will be responsible of training junior team members by sharing knowledge of this specialized cuisine.
The selected candidate must have 5 years of Indian cooking experience in an upscale hotel. He / she must be educated in quantity food production, presentation, service, sanitization and skilful knowledge of this particular cuisine.
Furthermore, the ideal person must be able to demonstrate creativeness, excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment within a resort location.
