At the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands we are currently seeking to recruit a Bartender to join our dynamic and multi-cultural team.
Assisting in the resort’s outlets one will be providing a ‘yes I can’ service in line with brand and hotel standards in order to maximize and exceed guests’ satisfaction and expectations.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manning the bar section and attending drinks requests during service.
- Preparing drinks according to the restaurant SOP’s.
- Providing the highest standards of customer care through a friendly, courteous and professional service.
- Anticipating the guests needs whenever possible.
- Ensuring that the bar is clean, properly laid-up and stocked with the necessary equipment, at all times.
- Informing the Manager of any out of stock / low in stock items.
- Up-selling and maximizing revenue whenever and wherever possible.
