We are looking for an HR Business Partner to coordinate HR operations for one of our key teams.
Our ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of solid HR experience as well as a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Analysing HR trends and metrics
- Working closely with management to build morale and retain our key talent
- Identifying training needs for teams and individuals
- Identifying recruitment needs and coordinating recruitment campaigns
- Keeping up to date with HR developments, and acting as a consultant on HR matters
