Job Description

Prime Care is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator on a full-time basis to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing standard office procedures including scheduling appointments, inputting data into excel sheets.
  • Answering telephone calls, ordering supplies, typing, and filing.
  • Assisting with administrative duties as required.

Skills Required:

  • Be able to communicate clearly in English and preferably Maltese.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be knowledgeable in Office particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Be energetic, self-motivated, and with a positive mindset.
  • Be highly organised.
  • Be capable of working well within a team.
  • Have the ability to plan and manage your own workloads.
