Job Description

Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking an experienced Training Consultant to lead training programmes which build competencies, skills, and improve individual performance. The selected candidate will benefit from support, progression opportunities, and continuous McDonald’s certified training. Willingness to travel is required as some training may take place outside Malta.

The Position
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Training Consultant will be responsible for devising the organisational training strategy, overseeing implementation and assessing outcomes. The selected candidate will coach staff on how to measure and improve results, diagnose problems and draw up actions to solve them. The Training Consultant will identify training and development needs to drive suitable initiatives.

The Requirements
Candidates for the role demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a propensity to share knowledge and support people to succeed. Experience in learning and development or education will be an asset. People with work experience at McDonald’s will have an advantage.
