Job Description

Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking a Training Coordinator for its restaurant crew training programmes.

The Position
Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Coordinator is responsible for elevating, hospitality and customer care in the restaurants, by delivering comprehensive programmes that enable restaurant crews to live up to the brand promise to make delicious feel-good moments easy for everyone.

The Training Coordinator supports the Training Manager in ensuring curriculum and training records are constantly updated, tracking and reporting training outcomes, coaching, motivating and inspiring teams, helping realise training projects and identifying training and development needs, to drive the most appropriate initiatives in line with staff and business needs.

Experience in learning and development or education will be an asset.
