Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking to recruit an HR Coordinator to support the head office and restaurants in daily operations.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Training, the HR Coordinator will support the HR function and assist with tasks at the head office.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for obtaining work permits for staff and supports the onboarding process. The role responsibilities include assisting the Human Resources team to organise employee activities and events and engaging with the restaurants and head office teams on people matters.

The ideal candidate will have an O’ level standard of education, demonstrate good communication skills and have a supportive, team-building personality. Fluency in English is a requirement, whereas knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
