Job Description

Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join its Marketing team.

The position
Based in Malta and reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Executive will assist in the development of McDonald’s digital marketing strategy and assume responsibility for its execution across social media channels and digital media. The role involves the management of digital assets, including the website and mobile application.

The Digital Media Executive is also responsible for devising a compelling social media strategy that resonates with customers and engages them in conversations to build the brand on various channels. The Digital Media Executive oversees the creation of all digital content, ensures there is a bespoke approach to each channel and asset, builds a robust framework for measuring and benchmarking with real-time optimization, and ensures the digital strategy is aligned with the business goals of both the company and the brand.

The requirements
The successful candidate will hold a degree or tertiary level qualification in strategic marketing, digital marketing or a relevant field, and have at least two years’ experience in marketing a known brand. The ability to demonstrate a track record of driving sales through marketing will be advantageous.

The Digital Marketing Executive is a key player in an energetic team working to deliver the McDonald’s experience all day, every day.
