Job Description
Powerhouse Audiovisuals & Events is looking for an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual as an Events Coordinator on a full-time basis. This role requires an individual with previous work experience within a similar work environment and will report directly to the Events Manager.
The role requires:
- Creating new and amending existing themed proposals to send to clients
- Assigning and managing animators, entertainers and equipment for events
- Administrating and coordinating events from quote stage pre-event to invoice and follow-up post-event
- Communicating with the rest of the team to ensure the success and perfect execution of each event to guarantee client satisfaction
Entry requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in the events industry
- Be creative, have a flair for sales and pay attention to detail
- Be well-organised and possess good time management skills
- Be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Be customer-focused and have a passion for customer service excellence
- Have good administrative skills, be computer literate and must be conversant with MS Office applications
- Have a good command of the English and Maltese language, both spoken and written
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards working patterns
- Have a pleasant personality and professional disposition
