Portland Hill Ltd is a financial services company operating from Malta seeking to hire an office assistant to join their young and dynamic team.
The role of the office assistant will be across diverse aspects of the business mainly focusing on assisting the investment and business development team whilst taking care of office administration. This role is ideal for an individual who has an administrative background/assistant role who wishes to expand their knowledge in the financial markets.
Applicants need to possess the following attributes to be shortlisted:
- Minimum of one-year experience in office administration and/or as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant ideally within a financial services company;
- Completed at least GSCE or equivalent (obtained at least a pass);
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written;
- Proficient with MS Office applications (especially MS Excel and Outlook);
- Good organisational skills;
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
We are offering a salary of up to EUR 22,000 per annum to the right candidate.
