Job Description

Pinnacle operates a worldwide online gaming business which was founded in 1998. Since its establishment, Pinnacle has become one of the world’s largest, licensed, online gaming companies. Pinnacle has clients in more than 100 countries and is expanding.

To support our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Programmatic Manager.

Working hours Monday to Friday hybrid set up.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish in-house programmatic activity;
  • Maximize value from existing and new users via complex targeting campaigns across multiple DSPs;
  • Establish business case and initial tech scoping, negotiate with key suppliers and work with IT to complete integration;
  • Collaborate with BI team to ensure correctness of pixel integrations, attribution methods, trend and data analysis;
  • Work with designers to test creatives and landing pages to ensure optimization;
  • Work with the In-house Marketing team to push the most relevant and best-performing; promotions to customer segments and report on the effect of these activities;
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal departments to support their digital marketing campaigns with retargeting, as required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Programmatic Marketing at an iGaming operator brand or agency;
  • Understanding of anti-fraud systems integrations, monitoring and measurements with a special focus on mobile app marketing;
  • Be data-driven and have an analytical mindset: You should be filled with intellectual curiosity and be able to combine data and relevant information to turn insights into actions that get results;
  • Hands-on experience in the best-performing remarketing strategies for betting operators and knowledge of the key suppliers and websites to work with in the industry;
  • Experience managing programmatic budgets across many geos and reporting on the commercial results of this activity.

  • Annual and mid-year performance reviews and regular assessments;
  • Team KPIs, which will also show overall individual contribution.
