Job Description

PharOS is a privately owned pharmaceutical company, developing, manufacturing and supplying generics and value-added products with a global portfolio of more than 84 products. Due to the rapid growth, we are currently experiencing, an opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Officer to support our operations.

The role
Within the company, the main purpose of the Administrative Officer is to act as the point of contact for all managers, providing administrative support and assistance to various departments. This may also include the preparation of periodic reports for all departments, offsite duties such as collection of documents from agencies and stakeholders.

This must be achieved whilst consistently and continuously ensuring compliance and adherence to cGMP, company procedures, EH and S regulations as well as Pharmacopeial standards for pharmaceutical stability studies conducted as per ICH guidelines.

Required skills and Work Experience

  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Good communication, organisation and coordination skills
  • Self-motivated, organized and team player
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • 1-2 years working in a similar position
  • Excellent command of English
