Job Description

Pariplay is a new age multi-channel gaming business which develops, licenses and operates real money gaming (RMG) games and systems in global regulated markets. We are an international B2B gaming platform and game provider, and we focus on delivering innovative and modern gaming products. Our products comprise of games, platforms and services, as well as on-premise solutions for land based organisations.

Our innovative and thrilling gaming products across mobile, desktop and social channels, together with our partnerships with the world’s top online gaming providers, enables us to help our clients create new markets and access fresh revenue streams.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets for fusion and dev partner content to our operator base
  • Work with Account Managers to identify opportunities and to successfully sell-in and deliver new 3rd party vendors to their account base
  • Negotiate new deals with existing vendors to new operators (in conjunction with Account Managers) in an effort to maximise Pariplay fusion and dev partner revenues
  • Negotiation and deliver bespoke Pariplay 3rd party funded promotions exclusively for our operator base from our vendors
  • To help manage new vendor release process, ensuring smooth and efficient new launch to targeted operators, setting clear deadlines for making ‘live’
  • Build and manage close relationships with all 3rd party games suppliers (vendors) – existing and new. Management will be via phone calls, email, Skype and the occasional face-to-face meetings
  • Manage a smooth communication flow of a non-technical nature to and from 3rd party vendors within Pariplay in a professional and organised manner. Create and manage backlogs of vendor requirements
  • Work closely with 3rd party vendors to identify and to deliver agreed business plan objectives
  • Identify, evaluate and negotiate terms for new 3rd party vendors to strengthen Pariplay Fusion’s content portfolio
  • Manage the (non-technical) onboarding of new vendors: involving close liaison with the integrations team through to identifying a clear plan (and timeline) for launch to Pariplay customers
  • Act as the internal champion for 3rd party vendors, making sure they are provided with excellent service – including helping to facilitate direct communications between vendors and Pariplay customers
  • Management and updating of the rolling 3-month vendor game release plan
  • Aid 3rd parties in delivery of their promotional plans to Pariplay customers
  • Liaise with the Product team as well as other internal departments to effectively respond to vendor inquiries and concerns, and to communicate feedback on vendor requirements, preferences and valued-added features
  • Supporting Commercial Director in execution of successful vendor relationship strategy

Our Expectations:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an account manager / commercial manager / affiliate manager across any relevant online (digital) industry and sector
  • Previous experience of negotiation and deal making in the iGaming industry
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within the iGaming industry
  • Experience supporting key accounts and a proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio and in achieving, and exceeding, established revenue targets
  • A record of developing strong working relationships with executives, peers, and associates
  • Experience working inside an iGaming B2C operator is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • KPI driven
  • Ability to work independently, and possess strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proven competence in negotiating. Good levels of experience in managing B2B clients and in working to contractually agreed commercial terms
  • Tech savvy and customer service oriented
  • Professional, resourceful, and patient, and tactful in handling customer inquiries and negotiations
  • Enthusiasm and leadership. A strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience drafting proposals and presenting in front of customers is ideal
