A foodie’s heaven, these new Restaurants which are scheduled to open in June 2019 situated in the North of the Island at the Paradise Bay Resort Beach concession are looking for a Sous Chef with a culinary vision, appetite for creativity, flair and hardworking who will be steering these new restaurants to high standards within the local culinary trade.
Leading the brigade the Sous Chef together with the Head Chef will have a key role in menu planning, recipes, creation of new dishes etc. including cost control, purchasing, hygiene etc.
