Job Description

Currently, we are recruiting for a position of full-time Administrative Assistant / HR Administrator

Job responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner;
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, host them in the meantime when they are waiting;
  • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times;
  • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine and a computer;
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received;
  • Request and verify all documentation required for entering the Yard;
  • Advise all concerned personnel about visitors / Technicians / deliveries;
  • Provide general office support to departments within the administration area;
  • Support HR department in administrative duties: vacation leave / sick leave, Job Plus documentation, screening CVs.

Job requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Italian will be considered an asset;
  • The ability to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision and under pressure;
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
