Currently, we are recruiting for a position of full-time Administrative Assistant / HR Administrator
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner;
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, host them in the meantime when they are waiting;
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times;
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a copy machine and a computer;
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received;
- Request and verify all documentation required for entering the Yard;
- Advise all concerned personnel about visitors / Technicians / deliveries;
- Provide general office support to departments within the administration area;
- Support HR department in administrative duties: vacation leave / sick leave, Job Plus documentation, screening CVs.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Italian will be considered an asset;
- The ability to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision and under pressure;
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
