Job Description


  • Oversees all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
  • Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation, handles the tracking of service issues.
  • Prepares and serves breakfast.
  • Oversees housekeeping functions and staff on a daily basis to ensure property guest rooms and public space are clean and well maintained.


  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role within 4*or 5* properties.
  • Fluent in English if not native language.
  • Experience in a duty management role would be considered an asset.
