Job Description

As an Employment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various HR duties and ensuring that day-to-day processes are carried out efficiently according to our established procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and distribute reports to relevant teams in a timely manner, summarizing and presenting findings on HR-related matters.
  • Follow up on deadlines, issue timely reminders, and ensure all required information is collected accurately.
  • Manage and respond to emails promptly and accurately, addressing inquiries and requests related to HR operations.
  • Coordinate with local external agencies as necessary, ensuring accurate input of relevant data.
  • Prioritize outstanding tasks and address them promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure proper document management through scanning, filing, and uploading required files to designated platforms.
  • Provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders and submit pending requests as required to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in handling work permit applications for third-country nationals would be considered as an asset
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilizing the Identity Malta portal would be considered as an asset.
  • Attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills to manage and track multiple work permit applications.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations and procedures related to TCN employment.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
