Job Description

O|Tech Malta is looking for a driven and motivated Junior Technical Support to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for daily technical support to various internal teams. You will also be assisting IT Team Leaders with the flow and scheduled completion of tasks and projects.

Main responsibilities of the Junior Technical Support:

  • Technical support to internal teams with any functionality difficulty
  • Technical support to Sales teams, resellers, distributors and research analysts
  • Assist in day-to-day issues
  • Monitoring and reporting on system usage and IT issues
  • Drawing up weekly reports
  • Producing technical project descriptions
  • Testing of functionalities according to pre-established schedule
  • Documenting and monitoring technical support interventions within an established ticketing system

Qualifications and assets:

  • Positive attitude
  • Customer-oriented, team player with strong verbal communication skills
  • Goal-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Possess strong written skills with the ability to document accurately and efficiently, attention to detail
  • Fluent in written English
  • ECDL
  • Proficiency in GA4 is viewed as an advantage
