Job Description

A unique opportunity to join a newly launched kitchen for an upmarket restaurant at Mgarr Yacht Marina, Gozo.

The selected candidate will report to the Sous / Head Chef and be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Sous / Head Chef with day-to-day operations of the kitchen;
  • Work on different sections of the kitchen;
  • Abide by the in-house HACCP control system together with the Sous Chef;
  • Prepare, produce and execute menu items in line to menu recipes and SOP’s;
  • Work in liaison with Sous / Head Chef.

The selected candidate will:

Past experience in dynamic restaurant operations and related industry qualifications will be considered favourable.
