A unique opportunity to join a newly launched kitchen for an upmarket restaurant at Mgarr Yacht Marina, Gozo.
The selected candidate will report to the Sous / Head Chef and be responsible for:
- Assisting the Sous / Head Chef with day-to-day operations of the kitchen;
- Work on different sections of the kitchen;
- Abide by the in-house HACCP control system together with the Sous Chef;
- Prepare, produce and execute menu items in line to menu recipes and SOP’s;
- Work in liaison with Sous / Head Chef.
The selected candidate will:

Past experience in dynamic restaurant operations and related industry qualifications will be considered favourable.
