Job Description

OK Home is currently seeking to recruit a full-time Office Administrator.

Required Skills:

  • O’ level standard of education
  • A minimum of one year’s experience within an office environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Motivated, organized and have good communication skills
  • Be in possession of driving licence ‘B’
  • A’ level in accounts and experience in using Shireburn system would be considered an asset


  • Maintaining the filing system
  • Support the department with various administrative tasks
  • Managing phone calls, e-mails and correspondence
  • Liaise with external Accounts team on administrative matters
