We are currently looking for a Reception / Administration Clerk.
The main responsibilities will be:
- First point of reference for visitors, to see to their requirements and lead them to the relevant personnel.
- Managing all the incoming calls.
- Monitoring of visitor’s logbook, as per company’s security policy
- Up keeping of the reception area
- Managing the meeting room diaries
- Managing of stock levels and handling the orders such as stationery
- Assisting office staff with any clerical duties as required.
- Native level of the English language in mandatory
- Fluent in Italian
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a team player and able to work on own initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
Experience is not an asset however it would be considered a bonus.
