Job Description

OGaming is looking for a CRM Coordinator to join the player lifecycle team, working under the direction of the CRM Manager.

The CRM Coordinator will manage CRM processes to ensure the execution and delivery of CRM communications and initiatives. This role will execute CRM tactics, so they are consistent with the company’s strategic marketing plans and meet overall growth and profitability objectives.

The ideal candidate needs to be marketing savvy, with the ability to excite and engage our players in an authentic way and support the various initiatives.

The person in this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Working across teams to build a CRM calendar and test-and-learn strategies to support marketing goals and objectives
  • Developing both retention and trigger-based campaigns to drive user engagement and success
  • Collaborating on the design and copy for email marketing communications
  • Increasing business intelligence through user segmentation
  • Leading the analysis and review of email results and programs
  • Proofs all creative and variable content across channels to ensure consistency in brand messaging
  • Assists the CRM team in the deployment of campaigns (email, mobile, etc.) and works to deploy on time
  • Monitors customer journeys across systems to help deliver consistent quality player experience
  • Prepares list segmentation and data reports for CRM Manager
  • Responsible for aggregating and tracking all database marketing campaigns on a shared marketing calendar
  • Coordinates database marketing initiatives to share property-wide via online tools
  • Works with creative team to produce variable content
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department

The ideal candidate will have a mix of the qualifications below:

  • Minimum one (1) year experience in multiple communication channels including e-mail, mobile and social media
  • Working history of planning and implementing marketing / CRM campaigns
  • Basic to intermediate level of HTML5 knowledge
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Setting up of email templates
  • Expertise in creating customer segments through various customer attributes
  • Experience setting up triggered / automated email communications based on user behaviour, e.g., account sign-up, product use, purchase habits
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
