Customer Service Administrator

Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Service Administrator will be part of the Services / Sales department and will be handling loan applications for our customers.

Role

  • Allocate required documentation to fulfil credit application
  • Document checking for due diligence
  • Detect and identify suspicious activity
  • Organizing documentation
  • Periodically reviewing customer facilities
  • Comply with laws, regulations, company policies and procedures as required
  • Scanning and filing incoming mail
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and experience

  • Requires an energetic, empathetic and positive individual. With strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
  • Minimum secondary education
  • Able to read, write and speak fluent English. Any additional languages would be a benefit
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not a must
  • Experience with customer databases would be an advantage
  • Team player with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Able to demonstrate basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Attention to detail, initiative and high standard of work practices
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow
