Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Service Administrator will be part of the Services / Sales department and will be handling loan applications for our customers.
Role
- Allocate required documentation to fulfil credit application
- Document checking for due diligence
- Detect and identify suspicious activity
- Organizing documentation
- Periodically reviewing customer facilities
- Comply with laws, regulations, company policies and procedures as required
- Scanning and filing incoming mail
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills and experience
- Requires an energetic, empathetic and positive individual. With strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Minimum secondary education
- Able to read, write and speak fluent English. Any additional languages would be a benefit
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not a must
- Experience with customer databases would be an advantage
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset
- Able to demonstrate basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Attention to detail, initiative and high standard of work practices
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow
