Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides support in a manner that conforms with the needs, policies, and procedures of the Collections department; The job entails day-to-day duties including dealing with data files and reporting, responding to internal and external queries, assisting with technical issues

The daily duties and responsibilities include:

  • Responding to queries for information from external and internal parties;
  • Preparing different files and ensuring timely file exchange between bank and partners;
  • Administering (reviewing, verifying and maintaining) different office documents such as post, invoices, reports and other administrative records;
  • Organising customer files, processing customer data, sending sms / emails / letters to customers according to templates;
  • Supporting in all data and reporting needs (manual data entry, data mining from different sources and basic analysis).

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and good organisation;
  • Ability to learn new information quickly and to adapt easily to change;
  • Ability to find, type and process data fast and accurately;
  • Very good knowledge of excel and word;
  • English level C1 or higher;
  • Spanish, German, French or Danish languages will be advantage;
  • Ability to use office appliances such as photocopier, printers, fax etc.;
  • Reliable, dependable and honest;
  • Positive attitude.
