Following a period of growth, we are seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive to join our Financial Management team. The position is available on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to clients’ queries / communication including meetings
  • Posting and updating of client ledgers
  • Performing bank and other reconciliations
  • Liaise with external auditors
  • Reviewing internal controls
  • Assist in the Payroll Bureau
  • Filing
  • Assist in the preparation of management and other ad hoc reporting

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A minimum A’ level standard in Accounting, and reading for an AAT or ACCA qualification (or equivalent) even in the early stages will be considered;
  • A minimum of two years of working experience in an accounting role;
  • Competence in Excel, general IT and other Microsoft applications;
  • Knowledge of Xero and / or Zoho shall be considered as an asset;
  • An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Having effective communication skills and high attention to detail together with a good level of accuracy are important criteria for this role;
  • The chosen candidate must also be proactive and show a positive attitude towards work.
