- At least 5-years work experience as a team leader with customer support and/or client communication experience.
- Fluent written and spoken Italian (native speaker), and with Spanish and English as a strong second language
- Strong PC skills (experience with Excel and Word) and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and to coordinate with other teams to resolve issues.
- High level of customer service orientation, with a proven ability to see problems through to their resolution.
- A proven team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Flexible approach to working in a dynamic and often hectic environment.
