Job Description

Neriku Catering is a well-renowned catering company with over 50 years of experience. The company is seeking to recruit a Quality and HACCP Manager on a full time / part-time basis.

The Quality and HACCP Manager is responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the HACCP documentation is kept up to date
  • Carrying out daily checks on the production floor and the kitchens
  • Ensuring that the product meets the company’s set standards and is in line with local and EU legislation
  • Preparing product labels with nutrition and ingredient information
  • Updating procedures and staff training

Qualifications / Experience:

  • A diploma in food technology or 2 years’ experience in the food industry or in quality control
  • Be knowledgeable about food safety, HACCP systems and corrective action reporting
  • Intermediate skills or above in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint

Requirements:

  • Be knowledgeable about local and EU labelling and food safety regulations
  • Be a person with high attention to detail and with a pro-active attitude
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Keen sense of priorities and ability to manage time effectively
