We are seeking to employ a dedicated and motivated individual to join our growing team. Applicants will mainly be dealing with clients and support in the day to day running of the business.
Experience will be considered an advantage yet is not a prerequisite. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and servicing in any motor or home queries over the phone, by e-mail or personally
- Manage and assist in new policies and renewals
- Source quotations for clients’ requirements and check policy documentation
- Handle claims and carry out day to day duties as may be required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office as well as insurance information systems.
- Be motivated, dedicated and possess good communication and customer service skills.
- Be responsible in working under minimal supervision yet organise and prioritize work in order of importance.
- Be able to work in a team environment yet also on own initiative.
- A background in an insurance working environment will be considered as an advantage.
