The job responsibilities include:

  • Owning the full lifecycle of the website, by managing the roadmap and prioritising the feature backlog for our web developers in line with company strategy
  • Inputting and optimising online product listings with accurate product information, images, pricing and placement to increase sales and maximise revenue
  • Launching campaigns and merchandising on our website in line with project timelines set by the Creative Director, including updating banners, videos, blogs, campaign information, links, and new product collections
  • Liaising with the web development team to constantly monitor and progress website efficiency and performance, while reporting technical issues / bugs and ensuring that they are fixed
  • Generating and collecting ideas and making recommendations on how to improve website usability, user journey, design, content and traffic conversion, working with the respective teams to make things happen
  • Overseeing our existing order fulfilment and payment processes while acting as a key person to set up similar processes remotely for sales in new countries
  • Identifying new opportunities that add value to our website through third party tools and integrations
  • Utilising tools such as Google Analytics and Excel to build important website traffic, conversion and behaviour reports and presenting to the management on a regular basis
  • Keeping up to date with global e-commerce trends and ensuring that our website user journey and technical functionality remain top of the class
  • Running on-going global competitor analysis
  • Executing and managing of the website on-site and off-site SEO in order to increase website search rankings on important keywords and constantly contribute to grow qualified website traffic
  • Contributing to the management, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns

The ideal candidate has:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing, e-Commerce or equivalent
  • Proficiency in SEO skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • A very good eye for detail
  • Experience with major e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics
  • A good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • A passion for e-commerce and the latest industry trends and techniques
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is considered an advantage
