We are seeking to recruit an Administration & Sales Coordinator for our company on a full time basis.
- Taking care of reception desk and front office duties including handling telephone, coordinating and inputting after sales calls
- Orders taking of Multivend Services Limited clients
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Well-organised and responsible with an attitude in problem-solving;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A team player with high level of dedication.
8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday
