Job Description
Multigas is looking for an individual to join our energetic team of employees as a Delivery Office Clerk.
The duties and responsibilities for this role
- Scheduling of delivery orders of cylinders and other goods
- Communicating with delivery personnel and clients
- Issuing invoices relating to deliveries
- Issuing stock movements relating to deliveries
- To liaise with supervisors to ensure sufficient stock levels
- To monitor and trend data relating to deliveries (e.g. On-time delivery)
- Using company software and spreadsheets to maintain data as required and to produce reports in a periodical manner.
- Assisting in other administrative duties as and when required
- To attend required training to be able to carry out the tasks needed for the job
Skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 2 years working in an office environment
- At least an O’ level standard of education.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Strong customer service abilities
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- A strong command of the English language
- Fluency in Maltese will be considered an asset
