Job Description

The Marketing Lead position is responsible for the planning and execution of the company’s marketing efforts,  curation of it’s brand/s, external communications, and content. Through the development and execution of innovative strategies, the Marketing Lead will support the business, its management and sales efforts, by creating and implementing marketing and communications plans as well as managing all aspects of content for relevant media and online channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Devise annual strategic and tactical marketing plans.
  • Coordinate writing, design, and production processes with internal and external stakeholders to maintain professional and on-brand communications materials.
  • Manage relationships with third-party principals, agencies and promoters.
  • Organize marketing materials and maintain an up-to-date content.
  • Oversee and manage digital and social assets and channels.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
  • Interface with external providers and manage research projects.
  • Oversee and help coordinate the company’s presence at events.
  • Develop and maintain business development materials.
  • Contribute to client acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
  • Increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Establish a reporting framework to gather insights and feedback.
  • Adhere to company policies and promote a safe working environment.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the company as per skills and experience.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Required Experience:

  • 2-5 years working in a similar role within a multi-brand environment.
  • Experience in the creation of content, design and digital marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Arts or any other related field.
