Job Description

Mizzi Automotive Services Limited is one of the leading companies within the local automotive industry and importer of top automotive brands.

Are you passionate about cars especially in car repair and body repair, then we have the right job for you!  We are looking for an enthusiastic person to work in this industry as an Administration Clerk.

The Job
The job entails the day-to-day administration duties including the handling of customer queries, data inputting in client’s account, filing, telephone calls, internal and external queries, petty cash handling, invoicing and other duties which may be assigned by the Senior Operations Manager. This varied and interesting position will entail working closely with all levels of the organisation on day-to-day work.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken Maltese and English;
  • O’ level standard of education;
  • IT Proficiency: good working knowledge of Microsoft applications especially in Excel and Outlook;
  • Customer care skills;
  • Be able to multi-task and work on own initiative

About You

  • Be highly organised and meticulous, with the ability to prioritise workload with minimal supervision;
  • Be able to work in a team and maintain relationships both internal and external;
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, able to maintain excellent relations with junior and senior employees across the company.
