Do you have what it takes to work in a technical first-line support position in Malta’s leading ICT Agency – MITA?

If so, a golden opportunity has arisen for Technical Services Officers to provide first-line technical support in a challenging and rewarding environment.

We welcome candidates having knowledge in various ICT areas such as local area networks, operating systems and desktop technology together with the ability to integrate with MITA’s clients.

Eligibility Requirements
One of the following in an ICT area:

  • A qualification at MQF level 5 or higher; Or
  • A qualification in a related area (MQF level 4) and 1 year’s experience in an ICT area; Or
  • 2 years experience in an ICT area.

Students may be offered an employment opportunity subject to the provision of final results.

Candidates may be offered the position at an Associate level – career level 2; or the standard level career level 3 or senior level – career level 4 depending on competency level. Training will be provided.
