Digital transformation is a disrupter everywhere and to everyone. This is an opportunity for us to help government innovate the delivery of its services to citizens and businesses. An opportunity to shift our strategic thinking model and how we engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver ultimate value to the government through ICT.

To create a foundation of sustainable change and growth, we are modernising the core systems of government supporting taxation, customs, social security, health, public registry, visa, common database and funding.

These systems are being re-engineered to Cloud Native software within an agile environment, and we will integrate artificial intelligence to help with the digitisation programme of the government.

We are building teams to work on these projects, and we are looking for people who like to be challenged in terms of both technical and communication skills, always seeking to unlock creativity and bring new and unexplored ideas to life.

If you are knowledgeable in and passionate to work with technologies such as responsive applications, API provisioning, AI technologies, UX design, and dot NET to implement on cloud infrastructure, get in touch with us. We are looking for software developers who have analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and processes, and work in public-facing projects. We adopt a people-first approach and will support you with an extensive training programme to help you grow professionally and personally.

The successful candidates will be expected to hold either of the following set of qualifications and / or experience:

  • An ICT-related qualification (MQF level 5) or higher, in which case experience is not necessary, or
  • An ICT-related qualification (MQF level 4) together with one-year experience in a related area; or
  • Two years’ experience in an ICT-related area.

Successful candidates will possess a current ICT skill set that includes business analysis / modelling methodologies, knowledge of design patterns complemented by the ability to develop and implement / support solutions using the technologies mentioned above.

Fresh graduates may be offered an employment opportunity subject to the provision of final results.

Candidates’ qualifications, experience and competencies will be assessed in line with the Agency’s Career Progression framework. Successful candidates may be engaged at either the Associate level – career level 2, the standard level – career level 3 or the Senior level – career level 4.

Eligible candidates must also fulfil the following criteria found here.
