Job Description

We are looking for professionals to deliver transformational solutions on core government services such as customs, social security, tax and health.

Working with the project / product development and software agile teams, as a Consultant, you will be playing a key role in supporting the long-term product roadmap and being the clients’ voice through all elements of the product journey. You will be expected to solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance.

Your role is to identify options for the clients and provide objective advice and expertise towards recommendations for change, and the implementation of business solutions. You will be concerned primarily with the strategy, structure, management, and operations of a business area.

Your overarching objective will be to ensure that strategic needs and development priorities align with the product roadmap as well as work with the Development team and business stakeholders to execute initiatives of varying size and complexity, from concept to launch.

Eligible Requirements
Eligible candidates must hold either of the following qualifications and / or experience in ICT:

  • An ICT qualification (MQF level 7) or higher and 5 years experience in ICT, three of which must be at a leadership / senior technical level; or
  • An ICT qualification (MQF level 6) and 6 years experience in ICT, three of which must be at a leadership / senior technical level; or
  • Ten years experience in ICT, three of which must be at a leadership / senior technical level.
