The Role
You will have varied duties while providing administrative and clerical support to the company’s sales function. The main tasks will include:

  • Sorting and preparing all outgoing mail and internal documents
  • Handling telephone and email enquires
  • Issuing sales related memos
  • Maintenance of the company’s sales catalogue
  • Working on supplier orders
  • Assistance in shipping and sales ordering
  • Preparation of supplier invoices
  • Other related clerical and administrative duties

Position requirements
You will:

  • Be very well organised and methodical
  • Have a customer-oriented approach
  • Communicate well in both Maltese (preferably) and English
  • Use different computer applications, especially Excel
  • Work with minimal supervision, on own initiative
  • Be a team player
  • Be comfortable dealing with numbers
