As an Online Sales Support Clerk, you would be expected to:
- Process online orders;
- Order books from overseas;
- Handle customer care queries;
- Pick books from shelves;
- Invoice and pack book orders;
- Prepare delivery sheets for website deliveries; and
- Update website back office.
About our ideal candidate
We are looking for people who show or possess the following:
- Fluency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word usage;
- Excellent communication and public relations skills;
- Decent customer care and people skills; and
- A good command of both written and verbal English and Maltese.
Full training will be given to the selected candidate upon commencement of employment.
