Michele Peresso Group is mainly active in the retail market through its subsidiaries Eurosport Ltd., Europharma Ltd. and Michele Peresso Fashion Ltd. We are currently recruiting for the position of Operations and Maintenance Coordinator on a full-time basis.
The Operations and Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for the administration and coordination of operations and maintenance activities, under the direction of the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities
- The administration and coordination of operations and maintenance activities, under the direction of the Operations Manager.
- Responsible for the administrative coordination related to the management of the company’s fleet of vehicles.
- Supporting with the implementation and coordination of security policies and procedures.
- Supporting the Operations manager with the coordination and efficient management of sports club sales orders.
- The efficient administration and coordination of tasks related to Operations department at Michele Peresso Group.
Required Skills and Education
- Proven experience in the planning and coordination of operations and maintenance projects.
- A general understanding of facilities maintenance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent administrative and coordination skills.
- Have the ability to communicate in Maltese and English.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain progress on multiple projects and processes.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving licence.
