Job Description

The HR administrator will be responsible for the administration of HR-related operations and projects, providing effective and efficient HR operations within the Michele Peresso Group HR department. S/he will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external contacts.

Key responsibilities

  • Administration of the recruitment process.
  • Preparation and processing of employment contracts.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new.
  • Administration of work permits for Third Country Nationals.
  • Maintaining and updating accurate employee information and HR documentation.
  • Producing HR reports and presentations.
  • Providing support in the accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
  • Coordinating probationary period reviews and performance appraisal meetings.
  • Administration of training
  • Updating HR policies as periodically required.
  • Assists with planning and execution of employee benefits and employee events.

Required skills and abilities

  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and experience working with Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism.
  • An enthusiastic learner, with the ability to work well in a team.

Education and experience

  • Minimum MQF 4 qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar is preferred.
  • At least 2 years experience in HR.
