Job Description
The HR administrator will be responsible for the administration of HR-related operations and projects, providing effective and efficient HR operations within the Michele Peresso Group HR department. S/he will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external contacts.
Key responsibilities
- Administration of the recruitment process.
- Preparation and processing of employment contracts.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new.
- Administration of work permits for Third Country Nationals.
- Maintaining and updating accurate employee information and HR documentation.
- Producing HR reports and presentations.
- Providing support in the accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
- Coordinating probationary period reviews and performance appraisal meetings.
- Administration of training
- Updating HR policies as periodically required.
- Assists with planning and execution of employee benefits and employee events.
Required skills and abilities
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Computer literacy and experience working with Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism.
- An enthusiastic learner, with the ability to work well in a team.
Education and experience
- Minimum MQF 4 qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar is preferred.
- At least 2 years experience in HR.
