We are currently seeking an External Logistics Clerk for our Supply Chain department.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling suppliers worldwide. Responsibilities include ordering raw materials and ensuring timely delivery, schedule the supply of materials / components to meet production requirements and maintain minimum safety stock levels. Follow up actions in relation to material shortages. Ensure that the system is up to date with confirmed delivery dates and pricing on the existing systems.
The chosen candidate will be also assisting the customer logistics side of the department with bookings of shipments and related tasks and will support the continuous improvement and initiatives to identify areas of improvement.
- O’ level standard of education.
- Team player, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to communicate well in English.
